There is a second-hand market for Everhot Cookers. Many of these cookers are sold back to us here at the Everhot factory to enable us to give them a new lease of life.

Although Everhot cookers are designed to last generations, they are also built to ensure they can be environmentally recycled. It is important to us, and our environmental ethos.

Does Everhot sell secondhand cookers?
We do! Occasionally an Everhot owner will sell us their cooker back. For example, if they are trading in for a newer or bigger model. Therefore, if it makes more sense to you financially, or for environmental reasons, to buy a second hand cooker then do take a look at our sales page to see whether there is a cooker you like.

How can I place an order for a second hand Everhot?
We cannot accept your order without a deposit. If you have seen a secondhand cooker you would like to buy, then give us a call on 01453 890018. We will ask for a deposit of £500 to be paid there and then over the phone using a debit or credit card. This deposit is non-refundable should you decide later on that you do not want the cooker. So please be sure of your decision.
How much does a secondhand Everhot cost?
A secondhand Everhot cooker will always be cheaper than buying the same cooker brand new. However, how much cheaper, will depend predominantly on its age. The older the cooker, the cheaper it tends to be. Older style Everhot cookers can be up to half the price of our new models. However very new secondhand models, which may have been used as showroom or display cookers, will only be around 10 per cent cheaper than brand new.
Why should I buy a secondhand Everhot cooker direct from Everhot?
Buying your secondhand cooker direct from Everhot will give you peace of mind about its condition and its history. Any secondhand Everhot we sell on will have been fully refurbished by Everhot trained engineers in the same factory which makes brand new Everhot cookers. This gives you a lot of reassurance about the level of work undertaken.
A secondhand Everhot cooker bought direct from us will have typically had the following work done:
- Recoating: each cooker will be dismantled, recoated and rebuilt to a virtually as new condition.
- Ovens: all of the ovens will be shot blasted back to an as new condition.
- Lids and other stainless steel componentry: will be fully regrained.
- Control box: a new digital control box with Everhot’s ECO function will be fitted.
- Insulation: all of the cooker’s insulation will be replaced with new.
- Rope seals: all rope seals around the lids and the doors will be replaced with new.
- Final inspection: each cooker will then have a 12 hour functional test before cleaning and packing.
Does an Everhot secondhand cooker come with a warranty?
Yes. If you buy your secondhand cooker direct from us here at Everhot it will come with a full, one year warranty for UK Mainland addresses. As always, as an Everhot owner – whether you have bought new or secondhand – you are always welcome to telephone our customer services department anytime to ask any questions.
Is delivery included if I sell or buy a cooker through Everhot?
If you would like to sell your Everhot Cooker to us then we will offer you a price which includes pick up and delivery back to our factory (from UK Mainland addresses). We cannot offer you any other service, such as installing a different brand of cooker or oven in its place.
If you would like to buy a secondhand cooker from us then we will charge for delivery and installation on top of the price of the cooker. This typically costs a minimum of £300 plus VAT depending where in the country you would like it delivered and the size of the cooker. Please contact us on sales@everhot.co.uk if you are outside of the UK Mainland and we can give you a bespoke delivery and installation quote.
We aim to deliver our secondhand cookers within 4-6 weeks but we will need to discuss access to your property beforehand to ensure it can be delivered safely. We are unable to build refurbished cookers on site.
What should I look for when buying an Everhot secondhand?
The most important detail to look for is the cooker’s serial number. You will find this on the back of the cooker. If you are buying from another retailer or privately then any genuine cooker owner should be able to give you this. You are always welcome to telephone us with the serial number and we should be able to give you details of the cooker’s history.
Will you buy my Everhot cooker back?
In most cases, yes we will. There will be certain circumstances in which we can’t, but most of the time we are happy to buy back Everhot cookers. We love to be able to refurbish our cookers and offer them to another home. If you give us a call then we can give you a price for your consideration. You may be able to get more money if you sell your cooker privately, such as on eBay or Facebook Marketplace, but this could come with more stress and worry for you. If we buy your cooker from you, the price we offer you will include pick up by our trained delivery team who have the right equipment.
Can I trade in my Everhot cooker for a new model?
Yes, if you would like to sell us your existing Everhot cooker in exchange for a new Everhot model then we will be able to quote a price for you individually. Please just give us a call on 01453 890018 to discuss.
What about secondhand Everhot Stoves and Heaters?
As these products are more recent to market there are fewer of them available on the secondhand market. However we occasionally have them for sale, including ex-display models.
