This Easter, celebrate with family or friends by cooking up a storm on your Everhot. With multiple ovens, hot plates, a grill, and the addition of an induction hob, an Everhot Cooker is made for entertaining. We’ve put together some of our most popular Easter recipes to inspire you, or help you get to grips with the traditions of Easter cooking and baking.

Good Friday Fish Supper

Many of us follow the tradition of eating fish rather than meat on Good Friday. New Everhot owners may worry about how to cook fish on a heat storage range cooker, but it couldn’t be easier. We’ve put together two video recipes you can follow this Easter. The first is by Instagram chef sensation and cookery book author, Claire Thomson, who showed us how to cook Traditional Fish and Chips with Tartare Sauce on the induction hob:

Seared Salmon with Hollandaise Sauce

The second has been put together by celebrity chef, Nigel Haworth. Founder of The Three Fishes in Clitheroe and a professional chef who chooses to cook on an Everhot 150i at home. He popped into the Everhot Showroom to demonstrate his delicious light recipe for Seared Salmon with Homemade Hollandaise Sauce:

Easter Sunday

Sunday Lunch on Easter Sunday signals lamb to many of our Everhot owners. An Everhot cooker is so forgiving that slow cooking your lamb is often the best option, especially if you have a lot of people coming over and need the top oven space for roast potatoes or veg. We recommend browning the meat in the top oven first, or you could use the grill function at the end of your cooking to get a good sear. Just remember to grill with the oven door closed and check regularly as it’s so powerful. In the following video, our chef demonstrator Steve slow cooks a leg of lamb in the bottom oven set to 120 degrees for four hours. Make sure you remove the meat from the fridge beforehand to allow it to reach room temperature before putting it into the oven and give it some resting time afterwards before carving.

Kleftiko Lamb

Lastly if you want to try something a little different with your lamb dish this Easter, chef Claire Thomson has cooked up Kleftiko Lamb – a Greek dish that’s also slow cooked but needs to be marinated beforehand, so allow time for this recipe the day before.

If you prefer to follow recipes on our website, we have a small collection, including a couple of lamb recipes here. If you are interested in purchasing the Everhot Cookbook you can do so through our sister company, Everhot Essentials.
